Terms and Conditions

These terms govern this pre-release website, the founding-beta interest list, and any preview access we may offer.

Effective August 22, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of 1nsight (“1nsight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the interest list or using any preview we provide, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. General visitors and people submitting contact requests may use the public site only lawfully and may not misuse it or its content. If you do not agree, do not join the list or use a preview.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use 1nsight for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. A pre-release project, not a promise

1nsight is under development. This site describes a product direction, not a guaranteed feature set, release date, price, campaign, reward, or commercial launch. Joining the list does not guarantee admission to a beta, continued access, a response, or any particular benefit.

We may change, pause, discontinue, limit, or decline to launch any part of the project at any time. Illustrations, examples, prototypes, XP values, integrations, and interface concepts may not reflect a final product.

3. Beta and preview risks

Any beta, demo, prototype, or early-access service is experimental and may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, unavailable, or subject to material change. It may contain defects or lose, alter, duplicate, or misclassify information. Do not rely on a preview as your only record, storage system, calendar, task system, safety tool, or source of truth. Keep independent backups of anything important.

We may impose limits, withdraw access, reset data, or require updates without notice where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or develop the project.

4. No professional or emergency service

1nsight is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, employment, nutrition, fitness, or other professional advice. It is not an emergency service and is not designed to diagnose, treat, monitor, or prevent any condition. Do not use it for urgent or life-critical decisions. Contact qualified professionals or local emergency services when appropriate.

5. Responsible use

You may use the site and any preview only for lawful, personal evaluation consistent with these Terms. You must not:

  • interfere with, overload, disrupt, bypass, probe, or compromise the site, its security, or another person’s use;
  • submit malicious code, deceptive information, spam, unlawful content, or information you do not have the right to provide;
  • scrape, harvest, crawl, index, or access the service through unauthorized automation;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from protected parts of the project except where applicable law expressly allows it; or
  • impersonate another person, violate their privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the project to harm, stalk, discriminate against, or exploit anyone.

You are responsible for your activity, the accuracy and legality of information you submit, and protecting any credentials or access links you receive.

6. Ownership and limited permission

1nsight and its licensors retain all rights in the site, prototypes, software, designs, branding, graphics, text, workflows, documentation, and related technology, including all improvements and derivative works. No rights are granted by implication.

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable permission to view the site and evaluate any preview we expressly make available to you. This permission ends when these Terms or your access ends.

7. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, designs, or other feedback, you give 1nsight a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, commercialize, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose without restriction, attribution, or compensation. Do not submit feedback you are not authorized to license this way.

8. Third-party services and crowdfunding

The site may link to Vercel, Formspree, Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, privacy practices, fees, or conduct. Your use of a third party is governed by your agreement with that party.

A crowdfunding link or campaign is not an offer of equity, an investment, financial advice, or a guarantee that a product, reward, schedule, or funding goal will be completed. Any campaign contribution will also be governed by the campaign page and platform rules.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove submissions, or take protective measures if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, threatened security or other users, or if continued operation is no longer practical. You may stop using the site at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, feedback, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, project, communications, and any preview are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind. 1nsight disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not promise that anything will be uninterrupted, error-free, safe, complete, accurate, preserved, or suitable for your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1nsight and its owners, founders, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, data, or use, arising from or related to the project—even if advised that such harm was possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, their combined total liability for all claims arising from or related to the project will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to 1nsight for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event or (b) US $100.

These limits apply regardless of the legal theory and are a fundamental basis of this agreement. They do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they do not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1nsight and its owners, founders, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Disputes

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to send a written description of the dispute and requested resolution and allow 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution. Notices may be sent using the contact method below.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims must be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. Any claim must be filed within one year after it arose unless applicable law requires a longer period. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief to protect security or intellectual-property rights, and non-waivable legal rights remain intact.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as the project changes. The effective date will identify the current version. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the project. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about this site and any preview, unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.

15. Contact

Questions or legal notices may be sent by use the 1nsight contact form.
